Karen Sypher & the Pitino Extortion Attempt

I have now communicated with several people who know Karen and Tim Sypher and the situation well.
I have also seen what was spewed onto several blog sites yesterday, in an attempt apparently to get Karen’s side of the story into public view.
I do not know the Syphers. I have no inside information. All I can say is that ALL of the people I have communicated with support both Tim and Coach Pitino.

But… from what I have seen yesterday, the allegations may well be outrageously over-the-top…
and more importantly, even if outrageously wrong, they may find the light of day in the national media and cause harm to both Coach and U of L.
This will not go down easily I’m afraid…
